Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – Team Lead who will not only execute high-quality design work but also lead the design team, manage end-to-end design coordination, and track all ongoing projects. This role requires a strong balance of creative skills, team leadership, and project management, with regular reporting to the Design Head.

Key Results Area :-

1. Design & Creative Execution

Create and review designs for marketing materials, print assets, digital creatives, branding, and client-specific requirements.

Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.

Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor the graphic design team on daily tasks and long-term improvement.

Allocate work among designers based on priority, skill set, and deadlines.

Conduct regular internal reviews to maintain design consistency and quality.

Act as the single point of contact for all design-related updates within the team.

3. Project Tracking & Management

Maintain a centralized tracker of all design projects (ongoing, completed, and pending).

Track timelines, revisions, dependencies, and delivery status for each project.

Ensure smooth coordination with sales, production, and operations teams for design inputs and approvals.

Flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks proactively.

4. Reporting & Updates

Share daily / weekly design status updates with the Design Head.

Provide clear visibility on:

Project status

Team workload

Pending approvals

Expected delivery timelines

Escalate issues with solutions and alternatives, not just problems.

5. Process & System Improvement

Help define and improve design workflows, approval processes, and version control.

Support implementation of SOPs, checklists, and design standards.

Ensure proper file management, naming conventions, and backups.

Required Skills:-

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral (mandatory)

Basic understanding of print processes, color profiles, and output formats

Knowledge of digital design formats for social media and marketing

Ability to review and correct design files before final release

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
