Key Responsibilities

Design premium packaging, labels, hang tags, woven labels, paper tags, cartons, poly pouches, and branding materials.

Create brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, standees, and other print marketing collateral.

Develop logos, brand identities, and visual communication for new and existing clients.

Prepare print-ready artwork with proper bleed, crop marks, CMYK colour settings, die-lines, and finishing specifications.

Coordinate with production teams, printers, and clients to ensure accurate execution.

Review artwork before printing to maintain high quality standards.

Handle multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Guide and mentor junior designers and maintain design consistency.

Stay updated with current design, printing, and packaging trends.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.

Strong understanding of offset, digital, screen, and flexographic printing processes.

Experience in packaging design, garment accessories, and print production.

Knowledge of colour management (CMYK/RGB), die-lines, pre-press, and finishing techniques.Excellent typography, layout, and branding skills.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

2–8 years of experience in a design, printing, packaging, or advertising agency.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in the garment, packaging, printing, or advertising industry.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Ability to independently manage client projects from concept to final production.

Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print design projects.
