Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, social media creatives, and marketing materials while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.

- Create visually engaging creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Video teams to develop impactful visual content.

- Ensure all assigned design tasks are completed within the committed timelines.

- Revise designs based on internal and client feedback while maintaining quality standards.

- Maintain organized design files and proper version control.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

- Ensure originality, consistency, and accuracy in every design delivered.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity and quality.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.

- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design.

- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or creative agencies will be preferred.

- 100% completion of assigned daily design tasks within agreed timelines.

- Minimum 95% on-time project delivery.

- Minimum 90% first-time design approval rate.

- High adherence to company branding and quality standards.

- Timely implementation of revisions with minimal errors.

- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
