Key Responsibilities:
Design creative assets for advertising campaigns, brand promotions, and corporate or social events.
Develop visual materials such as event backdrops, stage designs, standees, banners, hoardings, invites, brochures, posters, and digital creatives.
Create branding concepts for events including logos, themes, and visual identities.
Collaborate with event managers, marketing teams, vendors, and clients to understand project requirements.
Prepare production-ready artwork for printing, fabrication, and installation.
Adapt designs across multiple formats for indoor/outdoor and digital displays.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and event themes.
Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines and revise designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with design trends, advertising formats, and event display innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong layout, typography, and color sense.
Experience in advertising agencies or event management companies preferred.
Knowledge of print production, large-format printing, and fabrication specs.
Understanding of marketing communication and promotional design.
Ability to conceptualize and visualize event spaces creatively.
Basic motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
