Senior Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

· conceptualize and create visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, branding, and social media.

· Oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.

· Stay updated with design, advertising, and digital marketing trends.

• Work closely with our marketing, brand, and content teams to deliver designs that are consistent, on-brand, and impactful.

• From logos and illustrations to social media posts, campaigns, and print collaterals, your designs will live everywhere.

• Help shape and evolve the visual language of our brand(s) with fresh, creative concepts.

• Keep track of design trends, emerging tools, and digital innovations to bring a modern edge to your work.

• Ensure designs are pixel-perfect, aligned to brand guidelines, and optimized for their intended platforms.

· Mentor and guide junior designers/visualizers in the team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

· Solid understanding of digital marketing creatives – social media posts, ads, banners, web graphics, emailers, etc.

· Knowledge of motion graphics, GIFs, and video editing is a plus.

· A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Excellent eye for detail, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

· Strong visualization, ideation, and conceptual skills.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
