Job Description
- Create visual designs and graphics for print or digital media and websites
- Provide creative ideas as per company's requirements
Job Description:
• Envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that final product surprises and delights the customer
• Taking on complex tasks and transforming them into easy to use designs for first time user to sophisticated users
• Conceptualise and designs that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
Education & Skills:
• Master/ bachelor’s degree in design
• Design (UI & UX)
• Experienced designing and thinking in design systems translating complexity to simplicity
• A solid grasp of user-cantered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Strong Leadership and Management skills to motivate team
• Proactive communication and collaboration with other teams to achieve a holistic view of product design complying with company goals and being user friendly and well designed.
