Pre-Press Executive

We are looking for a Pre-Press Executive to join our team at Creative Graphics Solutions India Limited to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, layouts and visual content for digital platforms

• Work on website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand the design/campaign objective

• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines

• Edit and revise designs based on feedback

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preflight Checks: Inspect and correct design files to ensure fonts, images, and formats are compliant with print standards.

• File Preparation: Create final print-ready PDFs or files compatible with offset, digital, or flexographic printing systems.

• Color Management: Adjust and proof colors to maintain consistency between digital proofs and printed output.

• Proofing: Generate digital or hardcopy proofs for client and production approval.

• Layout and Imposition: Set up imposition layouts for printing, packaging, or label jobs.

• Technical Coordination: Work closely with designers, printers, and production teams to ensure file accuracy and print quality.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to fonts, color separation, image resolution, and transparency.

• Compliance: Ensure all files adhere to brand guidelines, print specifications, and industry standards (PDF/X, CMYK, Pantone, etc.).

• Documentation: Maintain organized records of artwork revisions, proofs, and final print files.

• Software Proficiency: Work with pre-press and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), CorelDRAW
