Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 2D/3D Designer with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D drawings, developing 3D models, and creating design presentations based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
Develop accurate 3D models using SketchUp and/or Revit.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Convert design concepts and requirements into accurate 2D and 3D designs.
Prepare 3D views and presentations for clients and project teams.
Make revisions based on client, architect, or project requirements.
Coordinate drawings and models with project specifications and standards.
Maintain proper organization of drawings, models, and project files.
Work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other team members.
Ensure designs are accurate, practical, and completed within project deadlines.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Strong understanding of 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to visualize designs in 3D.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
