Design Photo Editor

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Photo Editing & Design

• Receive and review customer photographs and customization requirements.

• Edit and enhance customer photos using Adobe Photoshop.

• Perform background removal, cropping, image adjustments and photo corrections.

• Convert photographs into suitable engraving-ready designs.

• Ensure designs meet product dimensions and engraving requirements.

2. Laser Engraving Operations

• Operate laser engraving machines for personalized products.

• Prepare and position designs using appropriate laser software.

• Adjust engraving settings based on material and product type.

• Engrave customer photographs, names, messages and custom designs on products.

• Inspect finished products for engraving quality and accuracy.

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow machine safety procedures.

3. Product Finishing & Quality Control

• Inspect engraved products for defects and finishing quality.

• Ensure the final product matches the customer's approved design.

• Perform basic cleaning and finishing before packing.

• Coordinate with the production team to complete orders on time.

4. Packing & Dispatch

• Handle product packing and gift packaging.

• Ensure products are safely packed without damage.

• Verify order details, labels and customer information.

• Prepare completed orders for dispatch.

• Maintain packing materials and production inventory.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

• Interest in photo editing and creative design.

• Basic computer operating skills.

• Willingness to learn laser engraving machine operations.

• Good attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
