We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Editor to enhance and manipulate digital images for a variety of media, including web, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. You will work closely with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all visuals are high-quality, on-brand, and align with project goals.
Image Editing and Retouching:
Perform advanced photo retouching, including blemish removal, skin smoothing, and object manipulation.
Conduct color correction, white balance, and exposure adjustments to ensure image consistency and quality.
Perform background removal, compositing, and creative image manipulation as required.
Creative and Technical Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and desired visual outcomes.
Select and curate the best images from a large volume of raw photos.
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all images.
Workflow and Asset Management:
Organize, label, and archive digital image files in a logical and accessible manner.
Ensure all images are properly formatted and optimized for their intended platforms (e.g., web, print, social media).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Quality Control:
Review and approve final images, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before publication.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in photo editing.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential. Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite applications is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of digital imaging, including color theory, composition, and various file formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, RAW, TIFF).

Education and Experience:
