Key Responsibilities:

Edit, retouch, and enhance raw images for digital and print use.

Adjust lighting, color balance, exposure, and cropping to improve image quality.

Remove imperfections, blemishes, and unwanted objects from photos.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and the creative team to meet project requirements.

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all edited images.

Organize, manage, and maintain the digital photo library.

Stay updated with the latest editing tools, software, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Good sense of color correction, composition, and aesthetics.

Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (not mandatory for freshers).
