Role Overview

VS Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Photo Editor to join our post-production

team. The role involves image selection, photo editing, color correction, and quality control to

ensure all deliverables meet studio standards and client expectations. This is an excellent

opportunity for someone passionate about photography and visual storytelling in a fast-paced

studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting the best images from photo shoots based on composition, lighting, and quality.

• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom while maintaining creative

consistency.

• Perform color correction and enhancement to achieve the desired aesthetic.

• Crop and resize images for print, web, social media, and client deliverables.

• Maintain organized file management and proper naming conventions for all digital assets.

• Work closely with photographers, designers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.

• Conduct quality checks on edited images to ensure they meet company and client standards.

• Adhere to timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Incorporate feedback from senior editors and team members.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques to improve skills.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in photo editing or post-production roles.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals including composition, lighting, and color

theory.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• A strong passion for photography and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but
