MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER :

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Motion Graphic Designer who can transform
ideas into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should have agency experience and a
strong understanding of social media trends, creating high-quality motion graphics and
videos that drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
 Create engaging motion graphics, reels, advertisements, and promotional videos for
social media and digital campaigns.
 Edit videos using creative transitions, animations, sound design, and visual effects.
 Design animations, typography, and graphics using Adobe After Effects.
 Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
 Handle camera operations for shoots, including framing, lighting, and capturing
professional-quality footage.
 Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute
campaign concepts.
 Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create content optimized for
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
 Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and project timelines.
Required Skills
 1–2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
 Agency experience is mandatory.
 Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
 Good understanding of camera handling and video production.
 Knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing techniques.
 Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
 Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
 Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
 Basic understanding of color grading and sound editing.

 Experience creating reels, ad creatives, and short-form video content.
 Ability to brainstorm creative concepts independently.
