Job Title: Senior Creative and Art Work Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative and Art Work Designer to join our growing design team. This role will involve leading and executing innovative visual concepts for a wide range of creative projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and other design needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate across departments while mentoring junior designers.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead the visual direction and design strategy for key projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s overall vision, tone, and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other department heads to translate business needs into creative solutions.

  • Develop and maintain cohesive design guidelines and brand standards for consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.

• Design Execution & Production:

  • Produce high-quality designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social media, email marketing, video graphics, presentations, and event materials.

  • Create visually compelling and on-brand artwork from concept through to completion.

  • Review, refine, and approve design concepts, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and deadlines.

  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, aligned with client goals, and optimized for the intended platform or channel.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to create impactful and on-brand visual assets.

  • Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and creative ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.

• Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies, applying this knowledge to elevate the brand’s visual identity and design output.

  • Experiment with new design techniques, software, and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.

• Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams when necessary to execute design concepts.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 1.5 - 5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency, branding studio, or in-house creative department.

  • Proven portfolio showcasing strong design skills across various platforms (digital, print, branding, advertising).

• Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard software is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience designing for multiple formats (web, social media, mobile, print).

  • Knowledge of responsive design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design principles.
    

• Creative & Conceptual Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and develop innovative concepts from initial brief to final deliverable.

  • Strong ability to conceptualize, think creatively, and develop designs that meet the objectives of the project.

  • High attention to detail, excellent visual skills, and a keen eye for aesthetic design and layout.

• Time Management & Organization:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in managing timelines and working under pressure while maintaining quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web-based design projects.

• Experience with brand identity development and packaging design.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary (Rs. 18,000- Rs. 25,000) based on interview performance and relevant experience
