expanding our creative team and seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can elevate our

brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Prominent Realty.

This person will create compelling marketing materials that support property listings, agent

branding, digital campaigns, social media, and company initiatives. The ideal candidate

combines creativity with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of real-estate

marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

 Design visually engaging marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, listing

presentations, postcards, signage, and promotional materials.

 Create brand-consistent digital assets such as social media graphics, email marketing

visuals, web banners, and paid ad creatives.

 Collaborate with marketing, photography, and content teams to develop cohesive

visual campaigns.

 Maintain and evolve the Prominent Realty brand guidelines across all media.

 Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when needed.

 Assist in creative development for property launches, community events, and

corporate initiatives.

 Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of

design quality.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or

equivalent experience) is a plus. 2–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in Real Estate, Marketing, or

Agency environments.

 Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

 Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms is a plus.

 Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand systems.

 Knowledge of social media design best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

 Real Estate marketing experience is highly preferred.

 Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 Basic video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

 Photography or photo-editing experience.

 Familiarity with CRM or real-estate marketing platforms.

 Ability to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand

initiatives.
