Senior Motion Designer – Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Designer to lead motion graphics, animations, and

visual storytelling for our brand. The role requires strong creative vision, advanced animation

expertise, and the ability to guide junior designers while delivering impactful marketing and

product content.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Lead end-to-end motion design projects (concept to final animation)​

• Create premium 2D/3D motion graphics, product explainers, brand films, and social assets​

• Develop motion systems and styles aligned with brand identity​

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams​

• Provide creative direction and ensure top-quality output​

• Mentor junior designers and support skill development​

• Integrate motion seamlessly into video edits​

• Stay updated with latest motion tools and trends​

• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines

Required Skills & Expertise:​

• Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema4D/Blender a plus)​

• Strong animation principles, timing, typography, and visual storytelling​

• Ability to create storyboards, style frames, and original concepts​

• Experience in 2D/3D animation, VFX, and compositing​

• High design accuracy and attention to detail​

• Strong communication and collaboration skills​

• Proficiency in AI tools within motion design workflows — including AI-based animation,

AI-assisted visual creation, asset generation, and creative enhancement tools​

• Ability to leverage AI for faster ideation, style exploration, text-to-visual conversion, and

overall motion graphics productivity

Experience Required:​

5–8 years in motion design/animation, preferably in automotive, agriculture, tech, or digital-first

brands. Experience with Tractor Junction/Truck Junction–style content (explainers, comparisons,

feature highlights, rural + commercial vehicle storytelling) is a strong advantage.
