Graphic Designer(UI/UX)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with Minimum 6 months of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design expertise along with a good understanding of UI/UX design principles. This role involves creating social media posts, digital creatives, and UI visuals while collaborating closely with marketing, business, and development teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent designs. Prior experience in an IT service-based company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social media posts, banners, and digital creatives in line with brand guidelines.

Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and internal communications.

Assist in designing UI layouts, screens, and visual components for web and mobile applications.

Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, and basic UI prototypes using design tools such as Figma.

Ensure brand consistency across all graphic and UI-related design materials.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and development teams to understand design requirements.

Translate concepts and business requirements into high-quality visual and UI designs.

Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Stay updated with graphic design and UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.

Hands-on experience in designing social media posts and digital creatives.

Working knowledge of UI/UX principles including layout, hierarchy, usability, and responsiveness.

Experience with Figma for UI design, wireframes, or prototypes.

Good understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in an IT service-based company is preferred.
