Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in the creation of compelling visual content across all our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of design principles and a passion for bringing ideas to life through visually appealing and effective graphics. This role requires mandatory proficiency in Canva, as well as experience with professional design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website banners, email campaigns, and blog posts.

• Utilize Canva to quickly create, customize, and maintain a high volume of day-to-day graphics, ensuring brand consistency.

• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as presentations, flyers, and internal communications.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate marketing objectives into clear and impactful visual designs.

• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, ensuring all visuals maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone.

• Manage and organize design assets, including images, icons, and templates.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.

  • We will consider highly motivated recent graduates with a relevant degree and 6 months of internship or professional experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

• Software Proficiency (Mandatory):

  • Mandatory proficiency and working experience with Canva is required for this role.

  • Solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
