Responsibilities:
Create new print designs to be launched each season to grow the sales of the
organisation.
Be futuristic and research various sources, such as marketplaces, competitors,
journals, WGSN/ International trends, and customer feedback, and update
folders for them.
Be insightful and identify trends for the upcoming seasons. You ideate and
create presentations for new styles to be launched for each season based on
the design
inputs received and best sellers of previous periods. Enhance the success of
the previous season's best sellers and potential best sellers by suggesting
appropriate changes.
Thrive on creativity and create a Mood board, present and discuss ideas with
the top management and team, and evaluate designs/ styles/ fabric/colors/
trims based on criteria defined by the management. Make efforts to increase
the number of new designs introduced in each season.
Be meticulous and ensure all approved designs are kept in a systematic
manner
for easy identification.
Conduct Bi weekly sampling of lab dips and prints and assist the Partner in
finalising the prints Basis the finalised prints you are required to arrange/order
Yardage for sampling.
Be Meticulous in collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and
providing inputs to the design team for enhancing customer loyalty. Creating a
feedback tracker and enhancing customer satisfaction scores.
