Position: Graphic Designer Trainee

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer Trainee to join our design team. The trainee will support in creating high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, learning content, and brand communication. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets such as banners, thumbnails, worksheets, icons, social media creatives, and marketing materials.

• Assist in designing layouts for presentations, documents, and digital learning content.

• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all designs.

• Support senior designers with revisions, adaptations, and production‑ready files.

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand design requirements.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Mandatory Requirement

• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) — must be able to understand briefs, communicate clearly, and write clean text for creatives when needed.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar).

• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

• Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or project experience in graphic design.

• Familiarity with motion graphics or simple video editing.

• Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal design work.
