Working Days: 6 Days Working (Wednesday to Monday)

Week Off: Tuesday

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design trends, branding, and social media creatives, especially in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives.

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns.

• Edit videos and motion graphics for promotional content.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.

• Design property presentations, standees, and promotional materials.

• Create engaging reels, thumbnails, and advertisement creatives.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Canva

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)

• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.

• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Good communication and time management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing preferred.

• Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply.
