2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Design engaging creatives for social media posts, reels, ads, banners, brochures, and presentations. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. ● Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. ● Work on basic video editing, motion graphics, and animations when required. ● Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and techniques. ● Coordinate with copywriters, marketers, and clients to deliver quality designs on time. 3. Skills Required: ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools (Corel DRAW, etc.). ● Strong design portfolio (social media, branding, print, etc.). ● Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics is a plus. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
