Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team Virtual Real Design to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

About the Job:-

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conceptualizing design concepts and visuals based on the requirements.

• Prepare rough drafts and present new ideas for brand design.

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

• Creating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for branded content on the website, social media platforms, and email communication with the customers.

• Working closely with copywriters and content team to understand the requirements and align the final output.

• Ensuring Brand guidelines and appeal of final graphics and layouts.

• Testing graphics across media and making refinements based on the effectiveness.

• Assisting the performance marketing team in content for advertising campaigns.

Requirements:-

• Proven graphic designing experience is a must for an on-roll position.

• Strong portfolio of illustrations and graphics.

• Proficiency in using design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.

• The ability and strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design.

Qualification and Experience:-

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in graphic design.

• Freshers: No experience required for internship & training programmes (Paid) : Duration of Internship = 6 months.

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
