We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through visually compelling and professional design work across digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and design visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and client communications in line with brand guidelines.

Design clean, professional layouts for internal documents, client presentations, case studies, infographics, and reports.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, business development, and HR teams to support campaigns, employer branding, and corporate communication.

Ensure consistency in branding across all visual outputs.

Translate complex information (like data from background checks or compliance documents) into visually engaging graphics or dashboards.

Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and design quality.

Keep up with trends in B2B service design and apply best practices to improve visual communication.

Requirements:

1–3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in a corporate.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work (reports, decks, social media creatives, etc.).

Ability to balance creativity with compliance and brand consistency.

Strong communication skills and ability to handle feedback constructively.

Nice to Have:

Experience in designing compliance reports, dashboards, or visualizing data.

Video editing or motion graphics experience.
