Job Description :
1. Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.
2. Design marketing materials including social media creatives, marketing campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
3. Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory to enhance the visual impact of all creative assets.
4. Edit and produce engaging short-form video content for digital and social media channels.
5. Create static and motion content to support marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
6. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute fresh visual ideas.
7. Stay updated on design, video, and social media trends to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
8. Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Professional 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
3. Experience in designing social media content, marketing materials, and brand assets across various platforms with latest social media design formats.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and InDesign, Canva, Figma is a plus.
5. Strong skills in layout, typography, visual composition, and colour theory with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy.
