Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidates should be proficient in design software, video editing, AI-based creative tools, and have a strong understanding of both social and print media formats.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that align with branding and storytelling goals.
● Create engaging digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
● Design visually appealing assets for print media including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and banners.
● Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to execute design strategies
● Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) effectively for concept generation and visual enhancements.
● Write and optimize AI prompts to generate creative visual outputs or assist in design workflows.
● Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
● Stay updated on the latest trends in design, video content, and AI-driven creativity. Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating work across print and digital.
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
● Experience with AI design tools and prompt engineering for creative outputs.
● Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
● Ability to design for various social media formats and marketing funnels.
