Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to handle flyers, posters, social‑media creatives, and print‑ready layouts for our organization. The candidate should be comfortable working on both digital and print media, strictly adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and edit flyers, posters, banners, social‑media creatives, and other marketing materials.

Prepare print‑ready layouts and designs for brochures, pamphlets, and other collateral.

Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Illustrator for campaigns.

Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all designs.

Collaborate with the marketing / HR team to understand requirements and deliver creative concepts.

Assist in basic web‑related tasks (if any) using HTML/CSS fundamentals and Adobe DreamWeaver.

Ensure designs are optimized for social media, web, and print output.

Required Skills & Tools

Must have hands‑on working knowledge of:

Design & DTP Tools:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

CorelDRAW

Canva (for quick social media content)

Web & Layout Basics:

Adobe DreamWeaver (basic HTML/CSS and layout creation)

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for web banners or simple landing pages).

Desired Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in graphic design

Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines.

Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
