Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.

• Develop creative concepts that align with Urban Culture’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Design engaging social media posts, reels creatives, promotional banners, campaign creatives, and visual content.

• Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

• Create visual content that effectively communicates brand messages and engages the target audience.

• Edit and create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics, video editing, and promotional content.

• Use AI-powered image and video generation tools to create innovative and efficient creative content.

• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand guidelines.

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Required Tools & Skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Figma – preferred

• Knowledge of AI-based image and video generation tools

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design

• Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Composition & Branding

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
