Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing clothing and apparel brand looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in garment design, mockups, and print production. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming ideas into visually striking, production-ready graphics for clothing and merchandise.

You’ll be working closely with customers, the production team, and management—so strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mockups and creatives for t-shirts, uniforms, hoodies, activewear, etc.

• Create print-ready files for DTF, sublimation, screen printing, and embroidery.

• Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements, share design drafts, and incorporate feedback.

• Collaborate with the printing and production team to ensure final outputs match the approved designs.

• Maintain an organized archive of all design files and references.

• Design basic marketing materials such as catalog pages, product tags, and packaging creatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in apparel or merchandise design.

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is mandatory.

• Understanding of different printing techniques (DTF, sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, etc.)

• Strong eye for color, detailing, and fabric compatibility.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate directly with clients.

• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  
  
  Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Basic photo editing or product layout for e-commerce use.

  • Knowledge of layout for product catalogues or lookbooks.
