Graphic Designer

TYCC is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who understands brand communication, social media dynamics, and fast-paced content creation. Conceptualise and design creative assets for social media platforms, including posts, stories, carousels, and reels.
✅ Create visually compelling graphics for print and digital requirements such as brochures, posters, standees, presentations, and event creatives.
✅ Edit and produce high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content optimised for social media platforms.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into strong visual ideas and executions.
✅ Actively contribute to ideation, campaign concepts, and creative storytelling across projects.
✅ Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and timelines.
✅ Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and emerging visual styles.
✅ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Required Skills

✅ Strong expertise in social media graphics, print design, video editing, and reels.
✅ Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro / Photoshop is a plus).
✅ Solid understanding of visual composition, typography, colour theory, and motion design.
✅ Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative visual concepts.
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✅ Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
✅ 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency, media, events, or integrated communications setup.
✅ A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print work, and video/reel edits is mandatory.
