The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to translate marketing ideas into engaging visuals, and experience working on digital platforms. 🛠 Key Responsibilities  Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, websites, landing pages, banners, and email campaigns  Create visually appealing graphics aligned with Lead Height’s brand identity  Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and social media teams  Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)  Develop brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials  Edit and enhance images, icons, and illustrations  Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms  Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines  Stay updated with design trends and digital marketing visuals 🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field  0–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Agency experience preferred)  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign  Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma (preferred)  Understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layouts  Strong creativity with attention to detail  Ability to take feedback and make quick revisions  Good communication and teamwork skills ⭐ Preferred Skills (Bonus)  Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)  Knowledge of UI/UX basics  Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies 💼 Why Join Lead Height?  Work with a dynamic digital marketing team  Opportunity to work on diverse brands and campaigns  Creative freedom and learning opportunities  Career growth in a fast-paced environment
