Role Overview
You will create visually appealing, brand-aligned designs for Lantrn and our clients. Your work will include social media posts, branding elements, campaign creatives, ads, and marketing collaterals. You must be fast, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing consistent, high-quality output every day.
Key Responsibilities
Design daily social media creatives for multiple brands
Create compelling visuals for ads, campaigns, and marketing materials
Work closely with the content and strategy teams to bring concepts to life
Ensure brand guidelines are followed for each client
Create carousel posts, thumbnails, banners, posters, and story designs
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and revisions
Work with tight timelines and deliver high-volume output
Maintain organized project files and design assets
Required Skills
Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Ability to think creatively and produce fresh concepts
Good understanding of color theory, composition, and branding
Knowledge of social media design trends
Fast execution ability without compromising quality
Ability to handle multiple brands at the same time
Eye for detail and design accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience
1–3 years as a Graphic Designer
Agency experience is preferred
Salary (Hyderabad Range)
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on skill level and design portfolio)
