Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage the company's complete creative and visual communication requirements. The candidate will be responsible for creating professional designs for branding, advertising, product marketing, social media, print media, packaging, corporate communication, and digital platforms.

Experience in solar, EV, automobile, electrical, electronics, consumer products, or related industries will be preferred. Candidates with relevant graphic design, branding, advertising, or creative experience may also be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs according to company and marketing requirements.

• Create professional designs for social media posts, stories, banners, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, and promotional materials.

• Design creatives for product launches, offers, campaigns, exhibitions, events, and brand promotions.

• Create product-focused designs highlighting features, benefits, specifications, pricing, and USPs.

• Design product brochures, product catalogues, specification sheets, comparison charts, and infographics.

• Create packaging designs, product labels, stickers, boxes, and other product-related artwork when required.

• Design corporate materials such as company profiles, presentations, business cards, letterheads, certificates, folders, and official documents.

• Create designs for hoardings, flex banners, standees, pamphlets, newspaper advertisements, exhibition branding, and other offline marketing materials.

• Create digital assets for websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and online promotions.

• Edit and enhance product images, photographs, and other visual assets through background removal, retouching, colour correction, resizing, and image manipulation.

• Develop creative layouts using appropriate typography, colours, images, icons, illustrations, and graphic elements.

• Maintain consistency in brand colours, fonts, logo usage, layouts, and overall visual identity.

• Prepare artwork according to required digital and printing specifications.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, and Social Media teams to understand creative requirements.

• Convert creative briefs, ideas, references, and rough concepts into polished final designs.

• Create multiple design variations and formats according to different requirements.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.

• Maintain and organize editable/source files and final artwork properly.

• Review final creatives for spelling, alignment, dimensions, resolution, colour mode, and other technical requirements.

• Stay updated with latest graphic design trends, typography, visual styles, creative tools, and design techniques.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of Graphic Design principles and visual communication.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Good knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva.

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of Typography, Colour Theory, Composition, Layout, and Visual Hierarchy.

• Good knowledge of both digital and print design.

• Strong image editing, photo manipulation, and retouching skills.

• Knowledge of RGB, CMYK, DPI, resolution, bleed, margins, and print specifications.

• Good knowledge of file formats such as PSD, AI, CDR, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, and TIFF.

• Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills.

• Good understanding of branding and visual identity.

• Ability to convert ideas and requirements into effective visual communication.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong design portfolio is preferred.
