Graphic Designer

• Design & Creative Development

  • Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media.

  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure high-quality design output with attention to detail and creativity.

• Digital Content Creation

  • Design social media posts, banners, ads, reels/thumbnails, and other digital creatives.

  • Produce website graphics, email templates, and promotional materials.

• Brand Consistency

  • Maintain and follow company branding guidelines across all visual materials.

  • Ensure consistency in color, typography, imagery, and messaging.

• Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team, content team, and management to understand design requirements.

  • Present design ideas and concepts for approval.

• Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

  • Modify and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

• Print & Production

  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors for printing materials (if required).

  • Ensure accurate color correction and file quality for print media.

• Creative Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

  • Suggest new ideas, innovative design styles, and creative solutions.

• Software Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
