About the Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals. You will create social media posts, ad creatives, short videos and promotional material for our clients and for Star Publicity itself. We don't want someone who only executes briefs. We want someone who brings fresh post ideas, follows trends and pushes the creative quality of our content.
Key Responsibilities
• Use your creativity to come up with new, original ideas for social media posts, campaigns and ad creatives
• Design posts, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings and other promotional material
• Edit and produce reels, short videos and motion content
• Keep all designs consistent with each client's brand identity
• Work with the marketing and social media team to deliver content on time
• Make revisions based on feedback quickly
• Keep up with design trends, viral formats and new tools
Required Skills
• Adobe Photoshop – good working knowledge
• Adobe Illustrator – good working knowledge
• Adobe Premiere Pro – working knowledge for video editing
• CapCut – working knowledge for reels and short-form video
• Strong sense of colour, layout, typography and composition
• Ability to generate fresh, original creative ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising, media, events or digital media
• Degree or diploma in design, fine arts, multimedia or a related field (not mandatory if your portfolio is strong)
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
What We Offer
