Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, project presentations, advertisements, hoardings, standees, and sales kits.

 Create digital creatives for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

 Develop project branding concepts and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

 Design layouts for property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

 Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to develop creative campaigns.

 Edit and retouch property images, renderings, and promotional videos as required.

 Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies to ensure quality output.

 Stay updated with design trends, real estate marketing practices, and competitor activities.

 Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software is preferred.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.

Experience in creating both print and digital marketing materials.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.

Video editing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across digital and print media.
