Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to manage daily content creation and posting across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual and video content, maintaining consistent posting schedules and helping grow Sprintzeal’s online presence.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

1.  Manage daily posting on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Blogger and other relevant platforms.

2.  Plan and schedule content using social media tools (if applicable).

3.  Ensure all posts align with Sprintzeal guidelines and audience preferences.

4.  Monitor engagement and optimize posts for better reach.

Content Creation:

1. Develop creative ideas for daily posts, reels, shorts, stories and long-form content.

2. Write engaging video scripts, captions and post descriptions.

3. Capture or source assets (images, clips, templates) as needed.

Video Editing:

1.  Edit videos for multiple platforms Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long videos, etc.

2.  Add sound effects, subtitles, transitions and graphics to enhance video quality.

3.  Repurpose a single video into platform-optimized formats.

Requirement:

1. Proficiency in video editing software (Canva, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)

2.  Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.

3.  Ability to create short-form and long-form video content independently.

4.   Basic graphic design skills (optional but preferred).

5.  Creativity, consistency and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

1.  Any qualification with experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia Design

2.  Prior experience in social media content creation and video editing.

3.  Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet daily content deadlines.

4.  Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social platforms (optional).

Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office

Work Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm
