About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, visual communication, and digital design. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for our brand, products, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Develop creative designs while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
Design product creatives, banners, promotional materials, campaign creatives, and marketing collaterals.
Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to understand design requirements.
Create innovative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Ensure proper use of typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and visual elements.
Retouch and enhance product images and photographs when required.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
Good understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into compelling visuals.
Good knowledge of social media design requirements and digital marketing creatives.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, healthcare, wellness, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
Experience designing Amazon creatives, A+ Content, banners, and product listings will be preferred.
