Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer with 6 months – 1 year of experience to join our YouTube content creation team. The role focuses primarily on high-impact thumbnail design that drives clicks and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Create attractive YouTube thumbnails that match the video content

Understand what the video is about and turn it into a clear, catchy visual

Keep the design style and branding consistent across all thumbnails

Work closely with video editors and the content team to deliver designs on time

Try new design ideas, styles, and trends to improve clicks and engagement

Skills Required

Adobe Photoshop (Must)

Adobe Illustrator (Plus point)

Adobe Premiere Pro (Plus point)

Familiarity with AI design tools (Plus point)

Understanding of YouTube trends and thumbnail psychology

Portfolio Requirement

Mandatory portfolio link (any one):

Behance / YouTube / Instagram / Google Drive

Portfolio should include thumbnails or digital content work
