Job Title: 2D & Graphics Designer
Job Overview: As a 2D & Graphics Designer for our event management company, you will play a
crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of events. Your
responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing graphics, layouts, and other visual
elements to enhance the overall event experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to
bring creative concepts to life and ensure that our events leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization and Design:
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for event collateral, including
invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
• Create visually stunning 2D graphics and illustrations that align with the event theme
and brand guidelines.
2. Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all event materials and graphics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand integrity and uphold design
standards.
3. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event planners, marketing, and
content creators, to understand design requirements and deliver visually impactful
solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and meet project
objectives.
4. Multimedia Design:
• Design multimedia content for presentations, event videos, and interactive displays.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and incorporate innovative multimedia
elements into event materials.
5. Print and Digital Design:
• Create designs suitable for both print and digital platforms, considering various
mediums such as social media, websites, and print materials.
• Ensure high-quality output for both online and offline marketing collateral.
6. Time Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without
compromising on quality.
• Prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a 2D & Graphics Designer, preferably in the event management or
related industry.
2. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including event-related materials.
4. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
