About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience in brand building and social media design. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visuals that not only look good but also drive engagement and build brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality posters, banners, and social media creatives
Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails
Design professional logos and brand identities
Create attractive cover images (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Work on branding projects and maintain visual consistency
Collaborate with the content and marketing team
Stay updated with the latest design trends
Requirements
Must have a degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design or related field
Proven experience in brand building and identity design
Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnails, logos, and social media creatives
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar professional tools)
Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills
Experience in YouTube thumbnail design (CTR-focused)
Understanding of branding and audience psychology
Basic knowledge of video editing (a plus)
