Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute creative concepts for various digital and print projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, and website content.

·         Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.

·         Produce high-quality graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

·         Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

·         Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.

·         Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

·         Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.

·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

·         1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an agency setting.

·         Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a must.

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.

·         Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

·         Experience in creating both static and dynamic visual content, including videos and animations.

·         Ability to take direction and feedback constructively while also being able to work independently.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
