Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and well-learned Graphic Designer with a Master’s degree qualification who can translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, professional, and visually compelling designs. The role requires both creative excellence and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for:

  • Corporate presentations, proposals, and pitch decks

  • Marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, catalogues, banners)

  • Website graphics, landing pages, and UI visuals

  • Social media creatives and digital campaigns

  • Technical diagrams, infographics, and process visuals

• Understand biotech, agriculture, greenhouse, hydroponics, and engineering-related content and convert it into professional designs

• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all platforms

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity

• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with proper specifications

• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all deliverables

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in :

  • Graphic Design

  • Visual Communication

  • Design / Fine Arts / Multimedia

  • or a related field

• Strong academic background with a deep understanding of design principles

• Well-learned, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe After effects

  • Adobe Premier pro

  • Canva (for quick marketing outputs)

  • Figma

• Basic understanding of:

  • UI/UX design principles

  • Typography, colour theory, layout systems

• Ability to handle both creative and corporate/technical design work

Desired Skills & Traits

• Strong visual storytelling ability

• Ability to understand complex subjects and simplify them visually

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Professional attitude and commitment to deadlines

• Experience in biotech, Agri-tech, infrastructure, or engineering domains is a plus
