Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to be the creative powerhouse behind our brand and our clients' brands. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn strategic concepts into compelling visuals. You will be designing for everything from social media posts and digital ads to franchise brochures and newspaper advertorials.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a wide range of creative assets, including static social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, GIFs, and basic video edits/Reels.
Develop visuals for print media, such as flyers, brochures, and newspaper advertorials.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the specific brand guidelines and narrative of each client.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Founder to understand campaign objectives and creative briefs.
Create designs primarily in Gujarati, with the ability to work with English and bilingual text.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of brand assets for Rivavya LLP and its clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and social media visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a must).
Experience in basic video editing for social media (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) is a significant advantage.
A strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to different brand identities and aesthetics.
Comfortable working with Gujarati fonts and creating bilingual designs.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
