We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual design direction for SocialAngel.org. In this role, you will conceptualize and produce compelling visual content for social campaigns, digital ads, fundraising initiatives, branding projects, and marketing materials. You will guide junior designers, collaborate with multiple teams, and ensure all brand creatives are visually impactful, on-brief, and aligned with our mission-driven brand identity. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs across various formats and platforms.
Design high-quality digital and print materials including social media creatives, brochures, presentations, posters, ads, infographics, and campaign graphics.
Lead the creation of visual concepts, layout structures, design themes, and brand-aligned creative directions.
Conceptualize and execute UI-friendly designs for web pages, landing pages, emailers, and promotional assets.
Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, logos, and iconography that enhance brand communication.
Ensure all designs consistently follow brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
Review, refine, and approve designs created by junior designers or interns.
Maintain visual quality, accuracy, and consistency across all communication materials.
Work closely with marketing, content, social media, and creative teams to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into high-performing visuals.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Manage creative libraries, design assets, and organized project files for efficient reusability.
Bring fresh creative ideas based on design trends, digital innovations, and platform best practices.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
Suggest improvements to strengthen brand visuals, campaign design strategy, and creative workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, Media Studies, or a related field.
Professional design certifications (Adobe, UI/UX, Branding) are an added advantage.
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, creative agencies, or media organizations.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work across multiple formats.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and additional tools such as Canva or Figma.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
Ability to prepare print-ready files and web-optimized graphics.
Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
