RealVibe Digital Media is a performance marketing agency specialising in real estate advertising. We run paid campaigns for leading developers and channel partners across NCR. Our creative output directly drives lead generation, so design here is measured on performance, not just aesthetics.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hybrid creative who can handle both static design and video editing. You'll produce high-volume ad creatives for Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns — working closely with the strategy and media buying teams to turn briefs into scroll-stopping assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static creatives for Meta and Google campaigns — feed posts, stories, carousels, banners and display ads

• Edit short-form video content: reels, walkthrough edits, testimonial cuts and event coverage

• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and text animations to video assets

• Adapt single concepts across multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9)

• Work from creative briefs, ad copy sheets and reference boards provided by the strategy team

• Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity

• Ensure all creatives carry mandatory RERA numbers, "Artist's Impression" labelling and required disclaimers

• Deliver revisions quickly based on campaign performance feedback

• Manage and organise raw footage, project files and creative archives

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — strong command

• Adobe Premiere Pro — essential

• Adobe After Effects — basic to intermediate motion graphics

• Canva and CapCut — for rapid turnaround work

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition

• Familiarity with Meta ad specs and placement requirements

• Ability to handle volume without dropping quality

Good to Have

• Prior experience in real estate, an ad agency or a performance marketing setup

• Basic AI tool usage (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or similar)

• Understanding of what makes an ad creative convert, not just look good

• Photography or on-site shoot experience
