Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, proficiency with design software, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics that align with our brand identity. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative assets including social media posts, banners, infographics, presentations, marketing materials, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.

• Ensure all graphics and layouts are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Edit images, retouch photos, and create illustrations as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

• Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for web and print use.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or CorelDRAW.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Knowledge of digital marketing creatives (social media, ads, banners) and print media.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

• Knowledge of Canva and other quick design platforms.

• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
