Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative visual concepts by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.

Create high-quality visual content for digital, social, and print platforms in line with brand identity and business goals.

Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Track industry trends, emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality and innovation.

Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver impactful visual solutions.

Review and maintain consistency of visual materials across all platforms, ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

1+ years of proven experience in creative design, visualisation, and concept development.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, social, and print design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.

Excellent attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
