Purpose of the Role

Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire process of design requirements: visualization and creation of graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.

• Coordinate primarily with the Marketing and Packaging teams, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Sales, and Strategy.

• Quickly develop concept mock-ups to visualize new ideas in context.

• Design logos, icons, and branding materials that reflect the brand’s values, personality, and positioning.

• Produce high-quality designs for various media: print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

• Provide creative direction and feedback to external vendors and partners, ensuring brand standards and project objectives are met.

• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure packaging designs effectively communicate product benefits and features.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Graphic Design or a related field.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Lateral: All Departments (Sales, Marketing, Back Office, Accounts, Operations)

• Vertical: Head of Marketing, Managing Director

External

• Vendors
