Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing unit. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing print-ready designs for large format printing, wallpapers, branding materials, and POSM displays. The role requires strong technical knowledge of printing processes and design software.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creative layouts for:
Large format prints (flex, vinyl, wallpaper, banners)
Retail branding and POSM materials
Signage, hoardings, and exhibition graphics
Prepare print-ready files with correct:
Dimensions and scaling
Bleed and margins
Color modes (CMYK, Pantone)
Resolution (DPI as per printing standards)
Operate and manage design files for machines like:
Eco-solvent printers
UV printers
Latex printers
Coordinate with:
Production team for execution
Clients for design approvals and changes
Ensure color accuracy and quality before printing
Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Maintain proper file organization and backups
Required Skills:
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Strong understanding of:
Printing materials (vinyl, sunboard, fabric, wallpaper, etc.)
Color correction and color profiles
File formats (PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI)
Knowledge of large format printing workflow
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a printing press or advertising/branding agency
Knowledge of machine operation basics (bonus)
Ability to handle client modifications quickly
